Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AV Sales Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering long‑term value. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a solid background in AV/IT integration, who can manage the full sales cycle and take ownership of their book of business.

You will work with both new and existing clients, acting as a strategic partner by delivering customized AV solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining the independence to drive revenue and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align account strategies
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and report on performance
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to ensure client success and retention
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client‑facing roles
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
  • Mandatory experience in AV/IT integration sales
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales technology stacks, and AI‑enabled tools
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Experience with AV automation and control systems
  • Basic knowledge of secure wired and wireless networks
  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems, IP surveillance, and acoustic treatments
  • Knowledge of digital phone systems
  • Experience using proposal tools such as D‑Tools
  • Background in healthcare, financial services, or hospitality industries
