Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor at the University of Utah in SLC: Requires MD degree or foreign equivalent; 12-months employment as a fellow in thoracic imaging, cardiothoracic imaging, or body imaging; _12 months employment as a fellow in neuroradiology; eligibility for Utah medical license; and research interest in radiology as demonstrated through peer-reviewed publication. The Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences will provide patient care in cardiothoracic imaging and neuroradiology. Will interpret chest x-rays, CT scans and MRI studies to identify abnormalities such as tumors, infections, and cardiovascular conditions. May be involved in performing image-guided procedures, conducting research and teaching medical residents and fellows.
