Care & Repair Intern

Overview: To support the Care & Repair team by assisting in a variety of different tasks and assignments.

Responsibilities:

·      Assist team with entering orders for spare parts and materials

·      Client Interaction including phone conversation and heavily emailing

·      Organize care & repair closet

·      Ship and organize packing boxes and ship stations

·      Monthly report maintenance

·      Printing return labels

·      Product knowledge in which you will learn about the construction and life of hand crafted products

Skills and Requirements:

·      Must be able to work 3 days per week

·      Has great organization and interpersonal skills

·      Driven to learn and grow, ability to adapt and learn quickly, understanding how to prioritize

·      Detail oriented and thorough

·      Additional language skills are plus

·      Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

·      Self-motivated, proactive and works well within teams

·      Candidate must be eligible to receive school credit

Christian Louboutin offers two types of internships within our New York City headquarters. Depending on the specific internship you are applying to and/or your school's internship criteria, it will either be offered as a paid internship or a credit + daily stipend internship. In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin offers the paid internship at $16/hour.
