Junior High English Teacher

Responsible for planning and delivering engaging English Language Arts instruction for grades 7-8 that develops students’ reading, writing, grammar and communication skills while aligning with school, diocesan and state standards, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with families, participating in school and liturgical activities and serving as a positive Christian role model in support of the mission of Catholic education; must have a bachelor’s degree, valid state teaching certification, experience teaching or student teaching at the middle schoo or high school level is preferred but not required. Must be committed to supporting and upholding the mission and values of Immaculate Conception Catholic School and be willing to participate in school, parish, and diocesan activities.
