We are currently seeking a  Medical Assistant to join our team as a Float Medical Assistant, supporting all clinic locations. This dynamic role provides the opportunity to deliver high‑quality patient care in a variety of settings while ensuring consistent support wherever coverage is needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic by following established workflows
• Provide clinical support including:
  • Escorting patients to exam rooms
  • Recording vital signs and measurements
  • Assisting with screenings and exams
  • Administering treatments and medications as directed
  • Counseling on safety, nutrition, and development
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies
• Perform laboratory services including phlebotomy and CLIA-waived tests
• Process referrals and track test results
• Serve as a communication liaison between provider and patient
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and inventory management
• Participate in team huddles and assist with training new Medical Assistants

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
