Water Treatment Field Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Water Treatment Field Service Technician to support our Alpharetta, GA branch. In this role, you will service, maintain, and install water treatment equipment at customer sites across the surrounding area.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water purification systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Training is provided, and candidates with mechanical, technical, or plumbing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role operates on a day shift schedule with overtime opportunities and includes a compensated on-call rotation, with occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of technical experience in water treatment, industrial, or commercial equipment (or similar mechanical/electrical environments)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and use of smart devices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve safety concerns
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical

Travel Requirements:

• Approximately 50%+ daily travel within the service area

Compensation:

This role falls within a broad salary range, with final compensation based on experience, skills, location, and market conditions.
