$65,000-$85,000/Year Salaried

 

+6,000 Annual Bonus for a 4-Year College Degree (Tuition Reimbursement) 

 

We are hiring high-energy people and leaders to manage all aspects of a restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading from the front with regard to Production and Service (daily operations) of the restaurant
  • Management of Sales and Profit projections (P&L)
  • Food Cost Controls
  • People Management, including labor budgets, scheduling, etc.

To Be Successful In This Role

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and associates
  • Managing production of the grill
  • Adhering to Food and Safety regulations
  • Ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience
