Member Services Associate-INTERN
The Member Services Associate (MSA) is one of the most important roles at The Reserve as they are the
first smiling face that every member, guest and prospect sees each day. The MSA helps to create a vibrant
community and an energizing environment where professionals come to get work done and meet other

Operations & Hospitality
Personally greet, check in and host members/guests with a WOW friendly attitude and a smile
Assist members with various requests with a can-do demeanor
Create a welcoming and hospitable environment at the office location
Answer clients phone calls with a warm branded answer and transfer as required
Answer incoming Reserve phone calls
Respond to front desk emails in a timely manner
Receive, sort and process mail for The Reserve and members
Keep space, conference rooms, kitchen and bathrooms clean, stocked and organized
Make meeting room reservations for members/guests
Do month-end billing for incidentals
Set up new members/memberships
Open and/or close location during Monday – Friday business hours
Take ownership for assigned projects and complete in desired timeframe
Maintain all tour and promotional materials
Help organize and host location events
Assist with catering requests
Support Members and solve problem as they come up
Maintain Health & Safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
A curiosity to get to know Members and how we can help them and their business grow
Creative problem solver
Experience in: Customer Service, Hospitality, Office Management or Operations Management
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and loyalty
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, follow through and organization skills
Ability to work as a team, as well as to take initiative and work independently
Ability to multi-task while being attentive to Guests and Members needs
Highly dependable
