Operations Support Intern

Position Overview 

The Operations Support Intern will support the daily operations of the Franklin, TN office while gaining realworld experience in administrative coordination, logistics, and client service support. This role is ideal for a student who is organized, curious, and excited to learn how a professional services office functions. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Greet visitors and assist with incoming calls in a warm, professional manner. 

Help maintain shared office spaces, including conference rooms, supply closets, and break areas. 

Assist with restocking office supplies, snacks, and branded materials. 

Support daily kitchen readiness. 

Help set up meeting rooms, light catering, and cleanup for internal and external meetings. 

Assist with basic IT troubleshooting (Zoom setup, conference room tech) and submit IT tickets as needed. 

Support mail distribution, package delivery, and document scanning. 

Support internal culture initiatives and staff events, including planning, setup, and communications. 

Assist with national OneDigital employee engagement activities. 

Assist with basic CRM updates and data entry. 

Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation packets. 

Shadowing and assisting producers, consultants, and account managers in their daily tasks, which include providing strategic workforce solutions to clients. 

Learning about the OneDigital corporate brand and compliance guidelines. 

Help prepare enrollment materials or templates under supervision. 

Learn how eligibility transactions work and assist with simple tasks such as downloading reports or formatting data.

Who You Are 

A rising junior or senior returning to college in Fall 2025. 

Interested in business operations, HR/benefits, marketing, or client service. 

Organized, detailoriented, and eager to learn. 

Strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor. 

Comfortable learning new software and technology tools. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Able to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively. 

 

Additional Details 

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., moving supply boxes). 

Reliable transportation for occasional offsite support. 

This internship is based in the Franklin, TN office and requires in person participation.
