Part Time Student - HR Coordinator - Fargo, ND

As a Part-Time Student Human Resources Coordinator for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, located in Fargo, North Dakota, you will:

• Support recruiting, onboarding and administration of the Engineering Intern and Part-Time Student Programs
• Support deployment of HR programs, organizational changes, policies and initiatives in support of the business strategy
• Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources, such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities.
• Utilizes Human Resource tools and systems to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information.

What Skills You Need

 

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, or a related field.

• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university

• Available to work up to 10-15 hours/week during the academic year


• Available to work up to 30-40 hours as a full-time employee during the summer


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Effective written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Strong time‑management skills and ability to balance work and academics college/university


• Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later


• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above  

• This is an on-site position and requires the ability to commute to the work location daily. (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided)

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
