Manufacturing Paint Technician

MANUFACTURING PAINT TECHNICIAN

The Painter will be responsible for efficient operation of production line Wet paint system.

REQUIREMENTS / Qualifications / Duties:

· Apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage

· Paint the parts and understand the acceptable quality of finish.

· Be able to mix and spray all products used.

· Maintain spray equipment to meet operational standards, but not including repair of equipment.

· Document paint usage and VOC recording (everyday).

· Make sure paint meets Quality Standards.

· Must have reasoning ability – to apply common sense and ability to paint spray troubleshoot independently.

· Keep equipment and working area clean.
