Retail Lead Generation Specialist – Lowe’s (Part-Time)
Company: Stand Strong Fencing – Salt Lake Valley South
Locations: Riverton, Sandy, and West Jordan Lowe’s stores
Pay: $16–$18/hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses
Schedule: Part-time, Fridays and Saturdays required
Stand Strong Fencing is hiring a part-time Retail Lead Generation Specialist to represent our company inside Lowe’s stores during peak traffic hours.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, reliable, and comfortable talking to people. Your job is to start conversations with shoppers, identify homeowners who would like to install a fence and set qualified estimate appointments for our sales team.
This is not a sit-behind-the-table role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do
- Engage Lowe’s shoppers in a friendly, professional way
- Start conversations with homeowners about fence and gate projects
- Identify qualified prospects
- Set estimate appointments for our sales team
- Help set up and take down a simple display
- Represent Stand Strong Fencing well in-store
Schedule – Required availability:
- Friday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected hours are generally 10–16 hours per week.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Comfortable approaching and talking with strangers
- Friendly, confident, and self-motivated
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work at Lowe’s locations in Riverton, Sandy, and West Jordan
Preferred Background
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Home services
- Hardware or building materials
Compensation
- $16–$18/hour depending on experience
