Social Media Team Member

 

  1. Responsibilities
    1. Assisting with designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
    2. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content DAILY (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) on all media platforms
      1. Minimal 4 post, 2 stories, & 2 reels a week
      2. For Tik Tok – require 2 videos a week
      3. All media platforms includes – facebook, linked in, Instagram & Tik Tok
      4. Management assisted by Sendible platform which combines posting to one platform in order to post to all and allowes timed calendar post in advance
      5. Create Flyers and/or Ads for Events in a timely manner to ensure adequate advertisement before event. ( Event flyers need to be up  a minimum of 4 weeks before an event)
      6. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency
      7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
      8. Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media
