Investment Banking Intern

Position: Investment Banking Analyst Internship (In Person OR Remote)

Location: New York, NY

Duration: Summer 2026 (June to August)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for a summer internship.  Opportunity may be remote or in-person. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with senior bankers on live transactions, deal sourcing, and financial analysis. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the M&A process in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support ongoing transactions and business development initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, financial models, and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes, including data room management and target evaluation
• Prepare client presentations and internal memoranda
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to deal discussions

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, or recent graduate focused in Finance, Accounting or related Business degree
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours/week
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, finance, or corporate strategy
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
