Requirements
- Bring customer service, retail, or hospitality experience to deliver friendly, accurate support.
- Excel at cash handling, credit card transactions, and POS systems with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate solid communication skills for phone inquiries, guest guidance, and team coordination.
- Comfortable with basic computer tools, data entry, email management, and record-keeping in systems like Salesforce.
- Stay reliable and punctual in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Show flexibility for weekends, holidays, and occasional events with your own transportation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and quick response in emergencies per guidelines.
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, manage front desk flow, and share details on exhibits, tours, and events.
- Process ticket sales, memberships, and payments swiftly using the POS system.
- Answer calls, handle inquiries, and follow up on reception emails professionally.
- Track volunteer/docent attendance and update Salesforce records accurately.
- Manage visitor date changes, document communications, and assist with admin tasks.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and stocked for smooth operations.
- Guide guests on policies, monitor flow, and support event coordination as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies following training and protocols.
