We’re expanding fast and looking for outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Field Representatives to join our growing sales & marketing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Rep, you’ll be the face of FSC in your territory — building strong connections with attorneys, chiropractors, and medical offices to drive patient referrals.

Your day-to-day might include:

Meeting with personal injury law firms, chiropractic clinics, and physician offices to share how FSC helps their patients.

Promoting innovative procedures (like the DiscSeel® spine treatment) and multi-specialty care options.

Managing your referral network using CRM tools like MapMyCustomers.

Coordinating with the internal scheduling and marketing teams to ensure patient referrals are handled quickly and smoothly.

Representing FSC at community events, luncheons, and local networking functions.

Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Health Sciences or Communications (recent grads encouraged to apply!).

Bonus points for any sales, hospitality, or athletic leadership experience — we love team players who perform under pressure.
