Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

Assist the Marketing Director for all marketing related functions. Must be a detail-oriented strategic thinker that thrives working independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Prepare proposals for submissions.

2. Prepare resumes, project sheets and edit marketing materials.

3. Create PowerPoint presentations.

4. Develop, maintain, and update marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media, Website, and e-mail content.

5. Developing Marketing leads by researching and contacting prospective clients.

6. Effectively communicate and coordinate with the firm principals for marketing efforts.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications or Journalism preferred

Skills: MS Office Suite | Adobe Office Suite (Indesign would be a plus)

Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
