How You Will Make an Impact

  • Engage new prospects and existing customers with outbound calls, showcasing Spectrum Business products and services
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by adding new service lines and consistently meeting activity targets including calls, follow-ups and conversions
  • Provide clear, courteous and professional interactions, ensuring high levels of prospect satisfaction at every touchpoint
  • Act as a knowledgeable product consultant, recommending solutions and highlighting Spectrum Business’ competitive advantages
  • Inform prospects of product pricing and value, effectively addressing objections and closing sales
  • Balance lead generation with diligent follow-up, applying strong strategies to boost efficiency and sales conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate and complete database records while adapting quickly to changing business needs
