Learning & Development Intern
Are you interested in how people learn, how systems improve, and how technology can make training more effective? Our Training & Development team is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to help modernize and digitize training programs that support employees across the organization.
This internship is perfect for students who enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and building tools that help others succeed. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on projects that improve training systems, streamline workflows, and strengthen learning programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Work On
During this internship, you’ll help drive projects that improve how training is created, delivered, and tracked across the organization. Examples include:
- Converting manual training processes into digital workflows
- Supporting the development of interactive training courses and assessments
- Creating automated workflows and notifications to streamline communication between teams
What You’ll Gain

- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Preferred fields of study:
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, STEM disciplines or related fields with a strong interest in adult learning and process improvement
