Product Engineer - Consumer Goods

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who enjoys turning ideas into real, manufacturable products. If you love working with designers, prototyping new concepts, and collaborating with global suppliers to bring products to life — this role is for you.
 

What You’ll Do

Drive multiple products from concept → prototype → production

Translate 2D design concepts into 3D CAD models

Work with suppliers to develop tooling, materials, and manufacturing solutions

Manage 20+ products across different development stages

Partner with design, sourcing, and product teams to deliver products on time

Balance quality, cost, performance, and innovation

Develop product specs, test plans, and manufacturing requirements

Work with global suppliers and test labs to validate product performance
 

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in consumer products or accessories

Strong experience with CAD (SolidWorks / Rhino)

Knowledge of materials, molding, and manufacturing processes

Experience working with overseas suppliers

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 

Bonus Points

Experience with electronics packaging

Experience with global manufacturing

Mandarin language skills
 

Travel: ~20% (primarily Asia)
