This role blends talent acquisition and client partnerships. You’ll help companies find great candidates while also identifying new organizations that may need recruiting support.

With structured training and mentorship, you’ll learn how modern recruiting works while also gaining experience in business development and client relationship management.

This role is ideal for graduates interested in recruiting, HR, consulting, sales, or business development careers.

What You’ll Do

• Source and connect with professionals who may be a fit for open roles
• Conduct introductory conversations with candidates to understand their experience and career interests
• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify companies that may benefit from recruiting support
• Introduce Kenswick Partners’ hiring solutions to potential client organizations
• Help build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
• Support recruiting and hiring projects for multiple client companies

Qualifications
