Aesthetic Nurse

About the Opportunity

This position is designed for motivated nurses who are early in their aesthetic career and eager to learn, grow, and develop advanced aesthetic skills.

You will work closely with our experienced providers and leadership team to build your knowledge in aesthetic medicine while delivering an exceptional client experience.

About skinBe Med Spa

skinBe Med Spa is a luxury medical spa located in Chesterfield, Missouri, offering advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including:

• Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport)
• Dermal fillers
• PRP and microneedling
• Body contouring
• Wellness treatments and IV therapy
• Skin rejuvenation treatments

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing friendly, prompt, and professional client service
• Assisting providers with consultations and treatments
• Learning and eventually performing aesthetic treatments under supervision
• Conducting client consultations and presenting treatment options
• Providing pre- and post-treatment instructions
• Maintaining accurate client documentation and charting
• Ensuring client safety, comfort, and exceptional experience
• Educating clients on skincare and treatment plans
• Supporting retail product recommendations
• Participating in team trainings and clinical education
• Contributing to the growth of the skinBe brand

Required Qualifications

• Current RN or NP license in the state of Missouri
• Passion for aesthetics and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and EMR familiarity

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Interest in aesthetic medicine
• Experience in dermatology, plastics, or med spa environment
• Experience with skincare treatments
• Social media comfort (helping represent the brand)

Growth Opportunity

This role offers hands-on training and development in aesthetic medicine. As you grow in skill and experience, opportunities may include:

• Advanced injector training
• Performing aesthetic treatments independently
• Leadership or training roles within the practice
