Location: Chicagoland and western suburbs – Naperville, IL  60563

Employment type:  Summer Intern or Seasonal (April thru November) with possibility of winter season 

Physical: 

• Body positions and movements: this position requires the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, the ability to stoop, squat, kneel, bend, twist, and move heavy objects and work in inclement weather.

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure quality project outcome and training of field staff.
• Support staff in the areas of landscape maintenance and all aspects of proper horticultural practices.
• Care of shrubs, trees, perennials and annuals.
• Sales and collaboration with the landscape architect/design and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their maintenance needs, budgets, and long-term goals
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance with a clean company uniform.
