REVIT Intern

The REVIT Intern - Summer position is expected to have well rounded modeling experience relating to commercial and residential construction with a strong focus on structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing related shops and production drawings. The primary focus of this team member and the engineering team in general is to translate designs, modeled in REVIT, into production ready drawings that can be used by the Production team to build modular products in a factory environment.

This team member will work with other members of AVA’s Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Team in the documentation of projects for production. and may also be tasked to lead an individual project as such situations arise. Familiarity with State code will benefit this team member. Products will be constructed fully or in part in AVA facilities and the REVIT Technician will play a critical role in helping to clearly communicate the design and help to confirm specifications are achieved by both internal and external stakeholders.
