Multisystemic Therapy Clinician

We are seeking a full-time salaried Clinical Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) – a life-changing and scientifically proven therapeutic support to youth and families in crisis. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and their parents in their homes or other community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions that create lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive in-home therapeutic services using evidence-based models including Multisystemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Problem Sexual Behaviors, and Structural/Strategic Family Therapy
  • Empower parents with enhanced directiveness, affective warmth, and monitoring skills
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Build collaborative relationships with schools, juvenile justice, social services, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling (required)
  • Mental health professional licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred but not required
  • Spanish language fluency valued with pay differential (not required)
  • Strong independent work ethic balanced with collaborative team skills
  • Passion for making meaningful differences in children's lives

Location: In-person position serving families in the Metro Boston (region community-based with limited office time in Jamaica Plain)

Requires: A car and valid drivier’s license.  Mileage reimbursement provided.
