Operations Process Analyst
This role will work directly with the CEO to help structure operational workflows and build the company’s internal operations playbook.
Position Overview
Accesstec is a national healthcare IT field services company supporting urgent care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices across the United States. Our teams coordinate technical field services, including break/fix support, infrastructure deployments, low-voltage cabling, network troubleshooting, and enterprise technology rollouts.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Process Analyst Intern (CPT Eligible) to help document and improve internal workflows across our operations team. This role will work closely with leadership and operations staff to translate day-to-day operational activities into documented processes, playbooks, and visual workflows that help our company scale.
Key Responsibilities
Document operational workflows across dispatch, field services, and project coordination
Interview internal team members to capture undocumented processes
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
Create process flow diagrams and operational playbooks
Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Support leadership in building a structured operations knowledge base
Assist in documenting field service workflows including:
Break/Fix service dispatch
Low-voltage cabling project workflows
Site surveys
Technician coordination
Enterprise deployment processes
