Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Write and refine SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and documentation of reporting logic and KPI definitions.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely analytics.ย
Skills/Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation) and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data trends.
- Student must be entering sophomore year or higher by the start of the internship
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree related to the internship.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate various software systems.
- Effective communication skills and comfort working with multiple levels of the organization.
- Positive, proactive, โcan-doโ attitude.
