The Role
As a Business Management Trainee, you'll work directly with our Marketing and Sales Managers to lead real initiatives and build actual leadership skills. We're not here to give you busywork or micromanage you. We want your fresh perspective as a Business Management Trainee to shake things up, drive sales, and make our team better than ever. Plus, we'll back you with training and mentorship so you can actually succeed (and maybe become a future leader here).

What You Will Do In The Business Management Trainee Role:
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings to gain knowledge on new campaign launches, product launches, services, and to stay up-to-date with new deals or sales promotions
- Set the example as a leader and demonstrate our company values of recognition, respect, accountability, and trust
- Develop trusting connections by promoting a positive experience, engaging and educating customers, and referring as appropriate
- Learn all aspects of the business consulting industry through our management trainee program and shadowing our senior management staff
- Assist customers with any questions, problems, and concerns related to products, services, or sales promotions
- Coach, and motivate team members to drive sales revenue that delivers exceptional customer service
What we look for in our Business Management Trainees:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or related degree program
- Sales or marketing experience is a PLUS
- Ethical, collaborative, adaptable self-starter with a confident demeanor
- Ability to manifest positive and professional working relationships in a cross-functional team atmosphere
- Strong student mentality and desire to learn - no question is too big or too small
- Ability to utilize former experience and knowledge in new situations and obstacles
- Work well under pressure
