About the Role:  EZ Beach Steps is looking for a motivated college student to support light manufacturing, assembly, and quality control throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity to build hands‑on experience, learn new skills, and work in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.

Responsibilities: 

Assemble products using basic hand tools

Perform quality checks for accuracy and consistency

Assist with material prep, measuring, sorting, and general shop tasks

Maintain an organized, clean workspace

Support miscellaneous projects and odd jobs as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Strong attention to detail

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Self‑motivated and reliable

Comfortable using hand tools (training provided)

Able to work independently and with a small team

Flexible availability around classes, fun, or summer commitments

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Interest in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or product design

Experience with tools or shop work

Ability to lift 30–100 lbs. occasionally
