Video Content Creator

WHO IS SPRINTS 

Sprints is an athletic apparel brand sold online and in over 1,000 retailers across the world. We are on a mission to bring FUNNER gear to athletes. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

Sprints is looking for a video content creator who can work quickly and independently to produce content for product launches, brand storytelling, social media and retailer executions. You must love social media and have extensive knowledge of those platforms, including how to create optimized content for each platform. You must be comfortable handling multiple edits at a time. Please note we are not looking for an agency partner, this is a full-time position at Sprints.  If you own or work for an agency, you will not be considered for this listing.  

QUALIFICATIONS 

Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and content creation in the Adobe suite 

Very strong work ethic, positive attitude and can adapt to change quickly 

Experience shooting and editing video 

Ability to work well independently 

Strong knowledge of new media, interactive and social media 

Strong communication skills 

Experience working with Audio is a HUGE plus 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Video Production 

Film brand content including product videos, athlete/run club content, behind-the-scenes footage, and event coverage 

Capture high-energy hype videos, lifestyle storytelling, and social-first content 

Manage lighting, audio, and camera setups for shoots 

Editing & Post-Production 

Edit engaging videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads 

Create fast-paced edits with music, sound design, text overlays, and motion graphics 

Able to produce multiple variations of ads for creative testing 

Color grade and ensure consistent brand visual style 

Creative Collaboration 

Help brainstorm video concepts, hooks, and storylines for campaigns 

Collaborate with marketing team on new ideas for social advertising creative 

Turn long-form footage into multiple short-form clips 

Content Optimization 

Understand what makes content perform on social platforms 

Edit for retention, pacing, and strong hooks in the first 3 seconds 

Adapt video formats for different channels and ad placements
