Position Summary
We’re seeking a Marketing + Sustainability Communications Intern to support content creation, social storytelling, and program administration. This role will help articulate why regenerative floriculture matters, expand awareness of our workshops and floral offerings, and support outreach tied to community partnerships. True Grit Farm & Flower is a proud participant in the InternshipsVA program.
Responsibilities
• Create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and blog posts
• Assist with email newsletters and messaging strategy
• Document farm seasonal rhythms through photos, captions, and short articles
• Help with partner outreach and program coordination
• Support marketing analytics and audience research
