About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated full-time, on-site Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, and adjusting care as needed.
- Encouraging patient adherence and independence through tailored interventions.
- Adhering to best practices and established standards of care in physical therapy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree from an accredited PT program (new grads welcome!); OCS, SCS, or CSCS certification a plus.
- Licensure: Must be licensed (or eligible to be licensed) to practice PT in New York.
- Clinical Expertise: Knowledge of physical therapy principles, including musculoskeletal pathology, therapeutic exercise, and treatment modalities.
- Patient-Centered Care: Ability to tailor treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and PT staff.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to monitor and assess patient needs and adjust treatments to maximize recovery potential.
- Collaboration: Works well in a dynamic team environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
