Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with PROJXON’s mission and programs
-Assist in preparing, writing, and submitting grant proposals and supporting documentation
-Develop and maintain grant budgets, reporting schedules, and compliance documentation
-Track grant deadlines, expenditures, and reporting requirements
-Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate grand management
-Support post-award reporting and monitoring activities
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
-Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred skills
-Experience with grant writing or nonprofit fundraising
-Familiarity with grant databases or funding portals
-Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
-Experience with documentation management and reporting
-Interest in nonprofit operations, social impact, or program development
