Content Creative Strategist

Oasis Talent Group is hiring a Content Creative Strategist to help develop high-performing Instagram content strategies for our creator clients. This is a think-first role — you'll research trends, analyze what's working, and build content frameworks that drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research trending content formats, hooks, and viral patterns on Instagram/TikTok
• Build weekly content briefs and shot lists for creators
• Analyze account performance and recommend strategic pivots
• Collaborate with filmers and posters to execute the content vision

• Obsessively study why content goes viral
• Have a strong POV on what makes a creator's brand stand out
• Are data-curious — you look at metrics, not just vibes
• Have a background or interest in marketing, media, or communications

Remote and flexible. You'll work directly with agency leadership on real creator accounts.
