Financial Coach
Role Overview
CITCA is seeking passionate and motivated college students majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field to serve as Financial Coaches for our upcoming Bmore Financial Program.
The Bmore Financial Program equips youth and families with the knowledge and tools to make confident financial decisions. Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning, participants explore topics such as budgeting, saving, credit, and long-term financial planning.
As a Financial Coach, you will play a key role in delivering these lessons, guiding participants through real-world applications of financial concepts, and helping them build sustainable money habits.

Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate financial literacy sessions and small group workshops.
Mentor youth and community members on topics like budgeting, credit, saving, and debt management.
Help participants set and track realistic financial goals.
Collaborate with CITCA’s staff to create engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials.
Support data collection and participant progress tracking for program evaluation.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about financial education, community service, and social impact.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with youth and diverse community members.
Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or leadership roles is a plus (not required).
