Overview
Downtown Asset Mgmt PLLC is a small financial engineering boutique seeking a Buy-Side Luxury Residential Real Estate Broker to represent qualified buyers in high-end residential property acquisitions. The role focuses on sourcing and closing transactions for clients selling second or third homes valued between $2M and $25M in a 9 city region inclusive of SEA, SF, LA, DEN, CHI, DC, NY, BOS, and MIA.
The broker is responsible for managing the full buy-side sales process—from lead generation and outreach to contract presentation and transaction completion at closing. You will work closely with qualified buyers and guide them through a structured luxury real estate buyout while maintaining high standards of client care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop qualified leads for luxury residential real estate opportunities.
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients and maintain an active pipeline.
- Present property opportunities and transaction structures to qualified buyers.
- Facilitate negotiations and manage buyer-side real property transactions.
- Prepare and present purchase contracts and related documentation.
- Guide clients through the transaction process through closing.
- Maintain client relationships and provide high-touch service throughout the acquisition process.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, client communications, and transaction workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in brokerage and real estate transaction processes
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and negotiate real property transactions effectively.
- Proven track record in sales, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management abilities.
- Active real estate license required.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Previous experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Knowledge of structured finance and buy-side hedging.
Commission-based compensation of 4–6%, depending on experience (DOE).
