Risk Solutions Intern - Data Analytics

Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization providing health, retirement, risk, and consulting solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide. With more than 250 employees, CBS delivers mission-driven services through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Solutions Intern - Data Analytics to support our Risk Member Services team. This structured summer internship provides hands-on experience in reporting, data validation, and enterprise data initiatives within a professional risk management environment.

This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational functions, including reporting, document management, and data queries
• Assist with monthly reporting and annual projects
• Contribute to the implementation of a new data warehousing system by assisting with data entry, verification, and quality assurance
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members to support time-sensitive projects and organizational initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned work

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience creating Adobe PDF forms is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Student applicants must have completed their sophomore year of college prior to the start of the internship (i.e. you must be an incoming college Junior or Senior)
