MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services, LLC is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient clinic located in Lakewood, Washington. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
At MMG, therapy is the primary focus. Our model allows clinicians to concentrate on providing high-quality care while our administrative team supports scheduling, authorizations, billing, and other operational tasks.
You will collaborate closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and community providers to support children and their families using a client-centered approach.
Position
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for:
- Evaluating clients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Collaborating with families and caregivers
- Working with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- NO additional duties assigned (we have a fully staff admin team!)

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric employment or fieldwork experience preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental differences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, collaborative team approach
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
