Occupational Therapist – Full Time or Part Time
MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services, LLC | Lakewood, Washington

MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services, LLC is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient clinic located in Lakewood, Washington. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

At MMG, therapy is the primary focus. Our model allows clinicians to concentrate on providing high-quality care while our administrative team supports scheduling, authorizations, billing, and other operational tasks.

You will collaborate closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and community providers to support children and their families using a client-centered approach.

Position 

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for:

  • Evaluating clients and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based occupational therapy services
  • Collaborating with families and caregivers
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
  • Maintaining clinical documentation
  • NO additional duties assigned (we have a fully staff admin team!)

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pediatric employment or fieldwork experience preferred
  • Experience working with children with Autism or developmental differences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, collaborative team approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
