Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. Logistics Group is a large-scale integrated warehousing company providing cross-border e-commerce fulfillment, international warehousing logistics, Amazon FBA services, and drop-shipping solutions.
We operate major warehouse centers in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and New Jersey, with a total warehouse space exceeding one million square feet across the United States.
Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring an HR & Administrative Assistant to support HR and administrative operations for our Ontario and Rialto warehouses in California.

Work Schedule
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: LAX Warehouse
- Tuesday / Thursday: RTO Warehouse
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
HR Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Recruit frontline warehouse employees based on operational needs (e.g., general labor, equipment operators).
- Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand hiring needs including headcount, job types, pay ranges, and shifts.
- Coordinate with and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, arranging onboarding for new hires (including temporary workers).
- Support hiring for special roles when needed (e.g., livestream business positions).
Onboarding & Employee Information Management
- Organize onboarding processes and basic employee training.
- Supervise forklift skill evaluations conducted by warehouse operations teams.
- Maintain employee records in internal systems (Base), upload documentation, and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Employee Status Changes (Conversion, Salary Adjustments, Offboarding)
- Assist with employee conversions and salary adjustments based on performance and operational feedback.
- Track employee leave records including sick leave and PTO.
- Update employee records promptly when employees leave and coordinate with operations regarding replacement hiring.
Timecard & Invoice Management
- Verify employee timecards weekly together with warehouse operations teams.
- Reconcile time records with staffing agencies.
- Submit payment requests after receiving staffing invoices and follow up on the approval process.
Administrative Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supply Management
- Handle daily and urgent purchases based on warehouse operational needs (online and in-person).
- Track purchased items, monitor delivery status, and submit purchase approval requests.
- Monitor warehouse consumables and ensure timely replenishment (e.g., cleaning supplies, printer paper).
Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain vendor lists for both warehouses (repairs, equipment services, city-related expenses, etc.).
- Contact appropriate vendors when issues arise and coordinate service arrangements.
- Develop a basic understanding of warehouse operations and facility infrastructure.
Employee Benefits & Event Support
- Organize employee snacks, monthly team meals, and holiday benefits.
- Support headquarters administrative activities such as holiday decorations and themed events.
- Assist office employees with submitting meal reimbursement or benefit requests.
Safety & On-site Management
- Conduct 5S inspections weekly (2–3 times) and report results.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety conditions and identify potential hazards.
- Check fire extinguishers monthly and coordinate vendor maintenance if necessary.
- Support operations teams in implementing forklift safety inspection routines.
Additional Administrative Support
- Track and maintain warehouse equipment and asset inventories.
- Receive visitors, drivers, and customers; answer incoming business calls.
- Periodically review security cameras and report abnormalities when necessary.
- Coordinate matters with shared warehouse management when needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
- Participate in headquarters projects based on individual capability. High performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and grow within the organization.
Qualifications
- Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Able to commute between Fontana and Rialto warehouses.
- Must hold a valid California driver’s license and be willing to drive for tasks such as food pickup or purchasing supplies.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and willing to understand on-site operations.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to communicate with mechanics regarding equipment issues.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding HR matters.
Compensation & Benefits
- Internship/Probation: $20–22/hour
- After Conversion: $23–24/hour

- This position will initially be employed through a staffing agency, which provides more flexible sponsorship and benefits options. Employees will work alongside the internal team, receive the same training, and be managed under the same structure. Based on performance, there will be opportunities to transition to the company’s direct payroll.
