Learn2Code.Live is seeking enthusiastic LEGO Robotics Instructors to lead a hands-on, interactive Spring Camp for K–12 students in Inglewood, CA. This is a one-week opportunity to ignite curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills through robotics and coding.

 

This role is perfect for:

  • Current college students (Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or related fields)
  • Recent graduates looking for teaching or leadership experience
  • Degree holders or professionals seeking meaningful short-term work
  • Anyone passionate about coding, robotics, and mentoring young learners
  • No formal teaching credential is required. We provide the full curriculum, materials, and support—you bring the energy, enthusiasm, and love for STEM!

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead interactive LEGO Robotics and coding sessions for K–12 students.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
  • Guide students through structured robotics builds and programming challenges.
  • Encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive, motivating feedback.
  • Adapt lessons to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, camp staff, and the Learn2Code.Live team.
  • Manage your classroom confidently and independently.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student, recent graduate, or degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or anyone with equivalent coding/robotics experience.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Scratch, etc.).
  • Experience with LEGO Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or Micro:bit is a plus.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technology in real time.
  • Patient, clear communicator who enjoys working with children.
  • Prior experience with K–12 students is a bonus but not required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain strong classroom presence.
