Heartwood Hall
Heartwood Hall is a newly renovated barn venue located just outside the village and approximately ½ mile from State University of New York at Potsdam. As a brand new community event space, Heartwood Hall is seeking motivated students to help bring this new venue to life while building strong connections with the surrounding community.
Interns will work as Operational Assistants and Community Engagement Specialists, supporting the development and launch of this new business. Responsibilities will be flexible and may be tailored to the skills, interests, and career goals of each intern.
Possible Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of a new community event venue
Support event planning, coordination, and on-site logistics
Help build relationships with local colleges, universities, and community organizations
Contribute to outreach and engagement initiatives to increase awareness of Heartwood Hall
Assist with marketing, communications, and community partnerships
Participate in creative projects that help shape the identity and growth of the venue
