Physician Assistant (PA) – Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our medical practice in Wilmington, Delaware. The PA will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care, including conducting patient evaluations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical and psychiatric conditions

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work

Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision

Prescribe medications in accordance with Delaware PA regulations

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care

Maintain accurate medical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current NCCPA certification

Active or eligible Delaware PA license

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
