The Mission
Magnolia Medical Solutions is a specialized engineering firm solving the "Service Gap" for healthcare heroes. We don’t just fix gear; we provide the Magnolia Health Audit—a premium, data-driven response system for Dentists, Veterinarians, and Optometrists.
We are looking for two Founding Technicians who want to move beyond "wrench turning" and help build the infrastructure for a high-growth firm.

What You’ll Do
Execute the Audit: Every visit begins with our mandatory 20-Point Technical Checklist. You’ll map equipment and perform "Before/After" visual proof via our iPad-based system (Jobber).
Cross-Market Repair: Troubleshoot everything from hydraulic dental chairs and surgical autoclaves to high-tech digital imaging units.
The Consult: Use our digital tech stack to show Office Managers exactly what their equipment needs to stay compliant and revenue-ready.
The Magnolia Masterclass (Paid Training)
We don't expect you to know dental hydraulics on Day 1. You will receive 6 months of 1-on-1 mentorship directly from a Master Dental Repair Technician. You’ll learn the "Magnolia Health Audit" system, specialized digital imaging calibration, and high-speed turbine repair while earning your Level 1 salary.
The Magnolia Career Path (Graduated Pay)
We hire for aptitude and reward mastery. Your pay increases as your autonomy grows:
Level 1 (Onboarding Tech): $28/hr. Master the Dental/Vet foundations and our digital tech stack.
Level 2 (Field Specialist): $35/hr. Lead solo calls and achieve high efficiency in our dispatching system.
Level 3 (Senior Tech): $40/hr + Company Vehicle. Master "High-Tech" Optical repair and manage your regional hub inventory.
Level 4 (Area Manager): $45/hr. Train new hires and oversee the profitability of your specific territory.
Who You Are
Skilled & Curious: 2–5 years of electro-mechanical experience (Medical, Military 68A, or high-end Industrial like HVAC/Copiers).
Gear-Ready: You maintain your own professional-grade mobile tool kit (wrenches, drivers, multimeter). Magnolia provides all specialized dental/optical "Master Kits," diagnostic software, and an iPad.
Digital Native: Comfortable with mobile apps and documenting work in real-time.
Customer-First: You understand the "Repair" is only 50% of the job; the other 50% is reassuring the Doctor that their office is in good hands.
Reliable: Valid WI driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (until the Level 3 Company Vehicle milestone).
