Marketing & Sales Intern

TexL Campaigns is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our Summer Internship Program in San Antonio, TX. This opportunity is designed for current students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in marketing, sales strategy, and direct sales development.

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives, and contribute to campaigns that support brand growth and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, communicating with customers, and learning how marketing strategies translate into real business results.

What the Marketing & Sales Intern Role Encompasses: 

• Collaborate with team members to learn and support marketing and sales strategies
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Participate in marketing initiatives and outreach efforts that promote company products or services
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and provide helpful information
• Support campaign tracking by collecting and organizing relevant data
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with basic analysis and reporting
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and initiatives
• Participate in marketing events and team meetings to gain exposure to campaign planning and execution

Marketing & Sales Intern Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new professional skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Interest in sales strategy, customer engagement, and business development
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields is helpful but not required
• Must be able to commute to our San Antonio, TX office location
