Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Instruction: Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with PA curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
- Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and adjust instruction to support success
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, administrators, support staff, and families to support each student’s overall development
- Individualized Support: Partner with special education teams to provide differentiated instruction and support for students with unique learning needs
- Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current on educational trends and tools

Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate (any subject area or grade level)
- Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and state clearances. (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
