Kitchen and Bath Design Intern

Our team is hiring motivated and talented individuals to our brands and industries (Construction and Home Improvement) to learn our business from the ground up.

You will start your career, learning an aspect of our business and being exposed to all of our brands. You will learn each CRM system and how to enter leads for customers needs in the Home Improvement sector.

The goal of this program is for you to come onboard full-time after graduation.

We’re looking for a creative, customer‑focused Design Assistant to support our sales team and help customers bring their project visions to life. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design, thrives in a retail sales environment, and excels at guiding customers through key purchasing decisions.

Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail and strive to keep customers engaged with a helpful and positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking to add career-minded, impactful team members to our Sales and Management Development Program. This is an entry-level position with a concentration on inside sales in a phone handling environment. You will have the opportunity to advance your career based on performance and skillset. You will become experts at customer service, sales, operations and managing our CRM.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress strongly preferred.
• Retail, serving, sales or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with a dedication to customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship.
