Drug Stability Intern

Gain hands-on, practical experience with the drug development process by actively carrying out fundamental research related to drug stability

Learn practical laboratory skills, the use of laboratory instruments, and data analysis

Practice public speaking when presenting project results

Earn $22 per hour (housing and transportation not provided)

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement appropriate laboratory testing procedures
  • Maintain a laboratory notebook
  • Organize and analyze data
  • Prepare and present slides on the results including an overview at the end of the internship
  • Work at least eight weeks over the summer, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at the FreeThink laboratories in Branford, CT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have completed at least freshman year in college with an intended major in Chemistry, Engineering, Biochemistry, Material Science, or related field
