Sicuro Health Insurance is a growing health insurance agency with 14 locations across Florida and New York. We are licensed in all 50 states and specialize in helping clients enroll in Medicare plans that fit their needs.
We are currently hiring full-time Inside Sales Representatives for our Boca Raton office.
Position Overview
This role focuses on handling high-quality inbound Medicare Insurance calls and warm transfers. Our marketing team generates the leads — you focus on educating clients and enrolling them in the best available plan.
This is an in-office sales position in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound Medicare inquiries
- Educate clients on available Medicare plan options
- Complete compliant enrollments
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License preferred (not required)
- Licensing support available for qualified candidates
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Must be able to pass background check (required for licensing)
