What You Will Do

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the recruiting team with a variety of projects and day-to-day activities that support hiring efforts across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Supporting the candidate screening process, including phone screenings and candidate communications
  • Assisting with job posting management across various recruiting platforms
  • Helping coordinate and participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and campus outreach initiatives
  • Supporting the new hire onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating start dates
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assisting with administrative recruiting tasks, department initiatives, and special projects
  • Conducting research and compiling data to support recruiting strategies and hiring decisions
  • Actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities
  • Gaining exposure to different facets of the organization and talent acquisition process
  • Completing assignments accurately and on time

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business with a focus in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Work Environment & Requirements

This is an in-office role and involves regular use of computers, scanners, and other office equipment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
