Arete Health is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Clinic Director who wants more than just managing a schedule. This role is about leading a team, driving great outcomes, and shaping clinic culture—without losing what you love about patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, hire, and mentor PTs and patient experience staff
  • Deliver top-of-license, evidence-based care
  • Drive elite patient outcomes (NPS >95%)
  • Run day-to-day clinic operations and performance
  • Build strong community and provider relationships

What You Bring

  • Active PT or PTA license in NC (or eligible)
  • 2+ years outpatient PT experience
  • Leadership mindset with business savvy
  • Passion for growth, quality care, and people
